– Cashew’s new family
Cashew was found wandering near the highway to Charlotte, NC. We got a call and went to pick him up and immediately knew we just met the sweetest dog. He plays well with others and has already been treated for heartworms and fleas and ticks. When we picked him up, he had already been neutered. We believe someone didn’t want him anymore as a pet or wasn’t able to take care of him. He was adopted two months later by the sweetest family and now runs around all day in his new backyard.
We believe sharing stories such as Cashew’s, allows people to see the importance of adopting a rescue dog. There are so many dogs that have a history that needs love too.
